We have set up a recycling container in the main intersection of the school.

The balances of the first deposit need to be paid. We will be collecting the $27.00 from the remainder of students who have not paid on October 23rd, 2009. There will be a list posted of the students and their balance due for the first deposit. We have decided not to charge the late fee. I have the list of the ones who have paid the late fee and it will be deducted from your next deposit. We meet with The Embassy Suites on October 24th to discuss the options and cost and need a close headcount, so we need your deposit and to know whether you are taking a date. Also, if you plan on graduating in December you are still able to attend prom.

We have had to change some of the dates due to some school holidays. Please make note of the change as well as the added days to help the students meet the deadlines. The remainder will be due and payable on February 19th 2010. We hope this will give everyone who would like to attend ample time to save and not cause undue hardship on anyone. However, if there is anyone who feels they are unable to come up with enough money for a ticket, you may contact one of the parents listed below in strict confidence to discuss an alternative.



The following collection dates will have to be met: (this could change based on the fund raiser collections)

Purchasing one ticket:

October 23	$27.00
November 12 & 13	$25.00
January 14 & 15	$25.00
February 18 & 19	$5.00

Purchasing 2 tickets:

October 23	$27.00
November 12 & 13	$45.00
January 14 & 15	$45.00
February 18 & 19	$45.00

Picture package will be $35.00 for 1-8x10, 2-5x7’s, and 8-wallets and will have to be collected in advance of prom. Envelope will be handed out later but will be due and payable March 4th & 5th. Donna Smith will be the person taking the pictures.

We will probably only have one (1) more fundraiser and that will be another doughnut sale at the beginning of the year and we will need for this to be a HUGE success so please start developing your plan of action now.
